President Trump issued a proclamation updating the Section 338 tariffs imposed on goods of Canadian origin this evening, October 23, 2026.

The proclamation removes 22 HTS codes from the scope, but adds another 100 HTS codes in their place.

The full list of removed and added codes can be seen here and are effective as of 12:01 EST on October 30, 2026.
