U.S. CBP announced on October 9th that starting on October 10th the ACE Portal will begin requiring security token verification when ACE users are updating their ACH Refund Authorization information.
The token verification will support email delivery or SMS, and other authorized users under the applicable importer sub-account will have the option to enable notifications and receive the email or SMS tokens for the ACH refund changes.
The notice was issued through CSMS # 70162211.
We will continue to monitor this situation and issue updates as needed.
