The Commerce Department has initiated antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on truck bed covers from China.

A-570-223 & C-570-224 are the respective case numbers.

The AD investigation period is July 1, 2025, through Dec 31, 2025. The CV investigation is the calendar year of 2025.

The investigations will be held concurrently by the International Trade Commission and will determine whether the imports of dumped or illegally subsidized truck bed covers are injuring the U.S. industry. If the ITC finds no preliminary injury by April 13 the investigations will immediately end.

If Commerce finds dumping or illegal subsidization in the preliminary determinations, due in May for CV and August for AD, it will set ADD and/or CVD cash deposit requirements for imports of merchandise defined in the scope.

The scope of the investigations can be found in the AD FRN 91 FR 13568 and CV FRN 91 FR 13573.

We will continue to monitor this situation and issue updates as needed.
