Update: Sec 232 Tariffs for Critical Minerals & Their Derivatives

On January 14, President Trump issued a proclamation directing the commerce secretary and U.S. trade representative to jointly negotiate agreements to secure critical mineral supplies.
Critical minerals and their derivatives are still under a Sec 232 investigation, and this proclamation indicates that further updates may be available within the next 180 days.
No tariffs on critical minerals were implemented in this proclamation.
