USTR Extends Remaining Exclusions on Sec 301 China IPR Goods for One Year

The Office of the U. S. Trade Representative has issued 90 FR 55232 as of December 1, 2025, officially extending the Section 301 China IPR exclusions for one year. These remaining 178 exclusions will continue to be valid through November 9, 2026.
