China Tariff Changes Signed by Pres. Trump in Executive Orders

The evening of Tuesday, November 4th, saw President Trump sign two executive orders modifying tariffs on Chinese goods imported on or after November 10th.
The first order details the reduction of the IEEPA Fentanyl tariff imposed on goods with an origin of China from 20% to 10%, effective on November 10th.
The second order extends the IEEPA Reciprocal rate for China origin goods through November 10, 2026, at a rate of 10%.
