USTR Seeks Comments on Sec 301 Exclusions

The U.S. Trade Representative is requesting comments on the 178 existing Sec 301 exclusions and if their exclusion status should be extended past November 29, 2025.
The notice was published today in the Federal Register, viewable here.
Comments are to be submitted on the USTR website at https://comments.ustr.gov/s/.
The comment period runs from September 16 through October 16, 2025.
