The White House issued an Executive Order late Tuesday, August 11th, extending the pause on China’s IEEPA Reciprocal tariff increase that was mere hours away from being implemented.
With a 90 day pause the IEEPA Reciprocal rate for goods imported from China will remain at 10%, potentially set to increase to a previously listed 34% in the original IEEPA Reciprocal Annex I list, until November 10th.
