President Trump announced finalized trade deals with the European Union (EU) and the Philippines.

The EU deal was announced on July 27^th just days before the proposed tariff increases set to go into effect on August 1st. The EU rate is 15%, with full details yet to be published.

The Philippines deal was announced on July 22^nd and states a 19% tariff rate, 1 point lower than the letter sent earlier this month. Full details of the deal have yet to be published.
