As anticipated, The Commerce Department announced on October 25 that they would begin an antidumping and countervailing investigation on aluminum extrusions from 15 countries. They issued a fact sheet which you can access with this link: https://www.trade.gov/initiation-ad-and-cvd-investigations-aluminum-extrusions-multiple-countries
The International Trade Commission (ITC) is scheduled to make its preliminary injury determinations by November 20th. These investigations will continue only if the ITC finds injury. As of this morning, the Federal Register has not published the initiation notices, but we will provide those as soon as they are available. This should confirm exactly what products are included in the investigation.
