The remaining 178 exclusions under 9903.88.69 and 9903.88.70 are set to expire on November 10, 2026, barring any further extension before the deadline.
Back in December of 2025 the USTR extended the exclusion termination deadline through November 9, 2026, in its 90 FR 55232 publication.
Importers still claiming any of the Sec 301 China IPR exclusions on their imports have until November 10, 2026, to utilize the exclusions. On November 10th the 178 exclusions will terminate unless there is further extension of this deadline.
