On April 28 US CBP provided an update on CAPE Phase 1 to the Court of International Trade, found here.
CBP notated that ACE has seen a 70% increase in logins, over 75,306 CAPE declarations, and over 11,222,927 entries submitted. 1,740,000 entries have been liquidated, as a result, and are in the refund process as of April 26.
CAPE claims continue to be filed and the environment in which they are processed is functioning as intended – V. Alexander is ready to help the trade community through the process of IEEPA refund recovery with our CAPE Claim Management Services!
Judge Eaton has ordered CBP to provide another update on CAPE Phase 1 on May 12, 2026.
