Preliminary Determinations Announced for AD Duties on Aluminum Extrusions

In a much anticipated announcement, The Department of Commerce announced affirmative preliminary determinations in the AD investigations of aluminum extrusions from the People’s Republic of China (China), Colombia, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, the Republic of Korea (Korea), Taiwan, Thailand, the Republic of Turkey, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam). Commerce is conducting concurrent countervailing duty investigations on imports of aluminum extrusions from China, Indonesia, Mexico, and Turkey.

The suspension of liquidation and cash deposit requirements will take effect on or after the publication of the preliminary determinations in the Federal Register Notice which should occur in the next few days.
