Update: New AD/CV Petition Filed for Aluminum Extrusions from 15 Countries

Yesterday, the Federal Register Notice announcing the opening of the Department of Commerce investigation into aluminum extrusions from 15 countries was issued. The Notice, which can be found here provides product specific detail as to what items are included or excluded from the scope of the investigations.
The Notice also announced the opening of a comment period when interested parties can submit comments on the scope of the investigation. The comment period must be submitted by 5 p.m. ET on November 13, 2023. Per the Notice, “All submissions to Commerce must be filed electronically using Enforcement and Compliance’s Antidumping Duty and Countervailing Duty Centralized Electronic Service System (ACCESS), unless an exception applies. An electronically filed document must be received successfully in its entirety by the time and date it is due”.
