USTR Extends Section 301 Exclusions for 81 Covid-19 Related Products

The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has announced that they will further extend the Section 301 exclusions for 81 Covid-19 related medical products. Those 81 exclusions, which were part of a larger group of 99 exclusions that were originally set to expire on 11/14/21, will now be extended until May 31, 2022. The remaining 18 exclusions will not be renewed and will expire now on 11/30/21. A copy of the complete USTR announcement which lists all of the 81 affected items can be found here.
