“The Basics of Importing” because importing rules and regulations can be complicated. This is an intensive, one-day seminar that defines the complete import process. The course explains the import process from the time of purchase, through the transportation and entry processes, including processes necessary to resolve post entry issues with U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP). It includes presentation of purchasing agreements, documentation, compliance strategies, and security issues such as C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) and ISF (Importer Security Filing).
